Heading up this Malaysian foray into flavour is head prawn and front man, Travis “Sugar Daddy” Tong. Sugar Daddy showcases the only most craveable food from his childhood alongside equally tasty modern innovations. Whimsical as it may be, Sugar Prawn (chinese) is not only the name of Travis’ late father but also the sword style with which he cooks.
